Peter McCarthy exhibits strong technique and good taste, but the real find here is the
pastry chef, Ron Taylor from Seasons. His garlic toast, in particular, (part of the bread
basket) was awesome, and I loved the berry tart dessert with Devonshire cream. Trendy and
popular, EVOO (stands for Extra Virgin Olive Oil) offers an exciting menu and good service
in a techno-cool setting. (8/98)
